At "I Do Wedding Speeches," we believe in delivering nothing less than perfection when it comes to your special day. However, we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Our "No Tears Guarantee" ensures that you're fully satisfied with your experience.
Refund Policy Details:

Initial Consultation Satisfaction If you’re not completely satisfied after our initial consultation, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked. Our priority is your confidence in our service from the very beginning.

Draft Approval Once you receive the first draft of your speech, you have up to 3 days to review it. If you’re not happy with the direction, we’ll work closely with you to revise it. If, after two rounds of revisions, you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund 50% of your payment. We want to ensure your speech is a perfect reflection of your thoughts and feelings.

Final Approval After the final draft is approved and delivered, we offer a 25% refund if you find that the speech doesn’t meet your expectations upon delivery. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving the final draft, and we’ll make it right or issue the partial refund.
Conditions:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are not available for speeches that have been fully approved and used in the event.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions:
- Custom Speech Writing involving extensive personal anecdotes or unique formats may have specific non-refundable clauses, which will be communicated upfront.
